Hair By Jessica Woods requires a $100.00 retainer from new clients to reserve an appointment. This retainer will be applied towards the total cost of your service.  This is a non refundable retainer.

Clients have up to 48 hours before scheduled appointment to cancel or reschedule. Please note that 50% payment for scheduled service will be required 24 hours prior to your appointment. Cancellations made on the same day will result in full charge of service cost.

Please note that a 10 min grace period is provided for late arrivals, beyond that we will have to reschedule your appointment.

Please note, any adjustments must be requested within 7 days of your orginal appointment to be eligible for a complimentary fix. After this period , any additional serivices with be charged accourdingly.
