What services are you interested in please write in box below? Please give detail of 5 year hair history in box below. Hair By Jessica Woods requires a $100.00 retainer from new clients to reserve an appointment. This retainer will be applied towards the total cost of your service. This is a non refundable retainer. Clients have up to 48 hours before scheduled appointment to cancel or reschedule. Please note that 50% payment for scheduled service will be required 24 hours prior to your appointment. Cancellations made on the same day will result in full charge of service cost. Hair by Jessica Woods offers clients the option to cancel their appointment twice a year. However, any cancellations beyond that will result in prepayment requirement for future services with no possibility of a refund. Please note that a 10 min grace period is provided for late arrivals, beyond that we will have to reschedule your appointment.
